When you use Kaimana, we collect the following information:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address (if provided)
• FICO credit score range (self-reported)
• Loan amount and type
• Property address (if provided)

We do not collect your actual credit score, Social Security number, or any financial account information.

How Your Data Is Stored

Your information is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

Who Sees Your Data

Your information is accessible only to:

• Richard Taylor (NMLS #1603145) — Licensed loan officer, if you request to be contacted
• Colton Elliott — Kaimana operator, for system administration

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Your information is retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, your data is automatically deleted unless you have an active lending relationship with a referred loan officer.

Your Rights (CCPA / GLBA)

You have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of any future communications
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

Under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), we protect any nonpublic personal information collected in connection with providing financial services referrals.
